Richard & Mary Lee Maury

I bought this XKE when I was 19 years old. It was my second XKE and my only car to get back and forth to college. I learned how to work on the cars as I could not afford to have a lot done. I decided a few years ago to give the car a complete restoration. I did most all of the work myself including the mechanicals, body work and paint. I had to learn some of the items as I went. Recently sold the car.
The XJ12 was Mary Lee's everyday car but she really wanted a Mini Cooper. So we traded. It really is a neat car with the supercharged engine and 6 speed manual transmission. .
This is the car for those times when you want to go slalom racing and don't want to abuse your everyday car. This car has been purpose built for the slalom course. It weighs in at 2250 pounds. Very large brakes, carbon fibre front end, racing seats and custom built dash and wiring. For a video in action, click HERE
This is my truck and that is a leaping Jaguar on the hood (bonnet). I guess I am "eat up with it". Anyway, it gets a lot of comments and most of them are favorable.
This is my every day driver, a 2005 XKR coupe. Bought it on EBAY and drove it back from Ft. Lauderdale. It has been a really nice car.
This is my latest, a 2004 360 Ferrari. Bought it with 11,000 miles in Palm Beach and drove it home with the top down all the way.
